How to train Christian leaders? They need biblical teaching, they need teaching and preaching skills and knowing how to conduct the affairs of the church. But more than that, they need to train their hearts. Christ spent time training the hearts of his disciples.

The Congregational Training Program (PEC) was born as a Ministry of "formation of the heart" for churches and individual Christians. Work was done on the development of specific modules for specific areas, but always with a focus on heart training. Among them is the module developed around Luke 15, where Jesus explained - through a story - that God has a heart for the lost. Thus, evangelism - specifically through the telling of this story - became a priority for the Christian.

The mission of PEC is to provide training and resources to help in the transformation of the hearts of Christians and in this way the following results can be achieved:

First, that all Christians learn to use their God-given talents and gifts (Ephesians 4: 11-13)

And secondly, that churches learn to conduct their own domestic mission program, equipping their own members to take responsibility for teaching those around them (Acts 13: 1-3, 2 Timothy 2: 2)

God wants all people to be saved. God has a purpose for your life, and that purpose is linked to the idea of saving the lost and contributing to the edification of His church. I hope this is your purpose too. And if so, let's work together to achieve it. May God bless you and guide you so that you can become a bearer of the good news of the gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
